Tech Mahindra announced a collaboration with Google on Tuesday to create Generative AI powered Email 'amplifAIer' as part of its array of artificial intelligence (AI) products.The Email amplifAIe will be a one-stop solution for managing all email communication of contact centers in order to improve customer service.According to the company, it will also bring the power of Generative AI to provide unified visualization and automation techniques, enabling a human in loop mindset to produce outcomes in a responsible manner to improve customer experience.Furthermore, the Email amplifAIer will provide end-to-end solutions for email automation and tailored responses by identifying intents, extracting the required entities from emails, and integrating with other systems such as CRM and Finance."Our Email amplifAIer powered by generative AI, will help enhance organizational efficiency and customer experience with quick, accurate and automated responses.
