Apple is bringing its Apple Intelligence with iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.1 with more features this month, starting next month.

The iPhone maker has designed the new iPhone 16, which has the faster, more effective A18 and A18 Pro CPUs, from scratch specifically for Apple Intelligence.

It promised to make Apple Intelligence available as a free software update and plans to make the first set of features accessible in beta next month.

Its phones such as the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPad, and Mac running M1 or more will all be able to use it.

Apple Intelligence was primarily launched in US English and is soon said to be available in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, and the UK in December. More languages including Chinese, French, Japanese, and Spanish are expected to be added the following year.

“Many of the models that power Apple Intelligence run entirely on device, and Private Cloud Compute offers the ability to flex and scale computational capacity between on-device processing and larger, server-based models that run on dedicated Apple silicon servers,” said the company.

Powered with systemwide Writing ToolsWith, the Apple Intelligence provides users the chance to edit, proofread, and summarize content almost anywhere they write.

Additionally, specific photos can be retained using natural language, and video searches will be made even more effective, allowing specific time-frames within films to be located.

Furthermore, the new Clean Up tool will enable spotting and removal of external background elements present in photos without changing the subject.

With the Notes and Phone apps, users can now record, transcribe, and summarize audio.

In the Phone app, people will be notified immediately when a recording is started, and Apple Intelligence also creates a summary at the conclusion of the call, which helps in accumulating important details.
