Coforge Signs $1.56 Billion Long-Term Deal with Sabre Corporation

According to reports, mid-sized IT services company Coforge has signed a $1.56 billion long-term deal agreement with US-headquartered travel technology player Sabre Corporation.

This 13-year partnership contract is valued at approximately $1.56 billion.

Sudhir Singh, the CEO & executive director at Coforge, says, “The company has witnessed an increase in the number and sizes of large deals in the third quarter as discretionary demand makes a ‘definite yet gradual’ rebound.”

In the October to December period, US and Noida-headquartered IT services reported order bookings jumping 40 percent at $1.37 billion.

“Besides the velocity of deals going up with 2-3 deal wins every quarter, Coforge is also witnessing an increase in the median size of its total contract value (TCV) from $300-400,” adds Sudhir.

The Sabre deal is aimed to supercharge Sabre’s product roadmap and its ability to accelerate product delivery and launch additional innovative AI-enabled solutions.
