Freshworks Appoints Murali Swaminathan as its Chief Technology Officer
According to reports, Nasdaq-listed software-as-a-service (SaaS) major Freshworks appoints Murali Swaminathan as its chief technology officer (CTO).
Swaminathan will oversee Freshwork's technology roadmap and strategy and lead the company's global engineering and architecture teams.
He joins ServiceNow, as vice president of engineering, he developed the modern application architecture for the company's IT service management and strategic portfolio management products. Before ServiceNow, Swaminathan was vice president of engineering at Recommind, now part of OpenText.
