Google Launches Gemini 2.5 Pro Model

According to reports, tech giant Google announces that new Gemini 2.5 Pro (experimental) model will be available to all free users of the Gemini app.
The technology giant announced on X: “we aim to distribute our most advanced model to more individuals as quickly as possible. That’s why we chose to launch Gemini 2.5 Pro (experimental) to all Gemini users, starting today.”
Nonetheless, it remains uncertain if the stable version of Gemini 2.5 Pro will be available for free to all Gemini users.
At first, it was exclusively available to the company’s developer platform, Google AI Studio, and Gemini Advanced users subscribed to the $19.99 monthly AI plan.
As stated in an official blog entry, the Gemini 2.5 models are “cognitive models, able to reason through their thoughts prior to replying, leading to better performance and increased accuracy.”
Google asserts that Gemini 2.5 Pro leads the LMArena rankings by a considerable margin. LMArena is an open-source platform for AI benchmarking through crowdsourcing, aimed at assessing human preferences.
