JSW Group is negotiating with a number of possible partners, including well-known Chinese companies like Geely and BYD, in an effort to introduce e-trucks and electric automobiles under its trademark.

JSW Green Mobility and JSW MG Motor India, the current joint venture, will operate independently even though they will have synergies.
Furthermore, O2 Power Pooling Pte Ltd, a 4,696 MW renewable energy platform, will be acquired by JSW Neo Energy Limited, the renewable energy division of JSW Energy Ltd, for an enterprise value of Rs12,468 crore ($1.47 billion).
A final deal has been reached for JSW Neo to purchase O2 Power, an alternative energy platform created in collaboration between Singapore's Temasek and the Swedish asset management firm EQT Infrastructure.
In addition to its current joint venture with China's SAIC Motor, the Sajjan Jindal-owned organization is seeking partnerships, including possible licensing agreements or technology transfers for a full-fledged mobility company.
