In order to develop a pool of AI experts, L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has teamed up with American tech company Nvidia to offer generative AI training to its 1,000 workers.

Over the next three years, LTTS claims to be dedicated to upskilling 1,000 engineers in Nvidia software, such as Nvidia AI Enterprise, which consists of Nvidia NeMo, Nvidia NIM, and other products.

Leading provider of digital engineering and R&D services, L&T Technology Services Limited, intends to provide scalable AI solutions to businesses worldwide in a major step toward promoting the adoption of AI.

To interact with customers, LTTS is going to the NVIDIA GTC global AI conference, which is taking place from March 18–21.

According to Amit Chadha, CEO and Managing Director of LTTS, the training will enable the company's engineers to provide creative, scalable generative AI solutions to the whole market.

Including tools and microservices for customization, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), data curation, model evaluation, and more, NVIDIA NeMo is an end-to-end platform for creating personalized generative AI. NVIDIA NeMo Retriever, a collection of microservices that are a component of this platform, allows for faster RAG to improve the accuracy and dependability of generative AI models by incorporating data from outside sources.

By leveraging our technologies, such as NeMo and RAG, LTTS will be able to enhance its AI capabilities and offerings, and provide its customers and partners with faster, smarter, and more reliable AI solutions

The goal of the LTTS training program is to create a strong pool of AI experts and practitioners. Moreover, LTTS will apply AI solutions in a number of industries, such as healthcare, automotive, and manufacturing.

Through natural language processing and speech recognition, computer vision and machine learning to streamline production processes and quality control, and medical image analysis and natural language generation to improve diagnostic and treatment outcomes, LTTS aims to improve customer interaction and engagement.

“Training our associates on NVIDIA software will allow our engineers to deliver innovative, scalable generative AI solutions across the entire industry. We aspire to solve real-world challenges and create significant value for our global customers,” says Amit Chadha, CEO and Managing Director, L&T Technology Services Limited.

“Nvidia is proud to partner with LTTS, a leading provider of AI solutions for various industries, to accelerate the adoption and impact of AI in enterprises worldwide. By leveraging our technologies, such as NeMo and RAG, LTTS will be able to enhance its AI capabilities and offerings, and provide its customers and partners with faster, smarter, and more reliable AI solutions. We look forward to working with LTTS to drive the AI revolution across various industry verticals,” says Shanker Trivedi, Senior Vice President of NVIDIA’s Sales organization.
