Reliance Jio-Fiber services have now been commercially rolled out with the company revealing its plan prices starting INR 699. The Fiber-to-the-Home service will become available across 1,600 cities in India. Jio-Fiber, India’s first all-fiber broadband service, will start from 100 Mbps and go

all the way up to 1 Gbps. Ahead of the official announcement, Mukesh Ambani-owned telco Reliance Jio revealed that Jio-Fiber plan prices will range from Rs 700 to Rs 10,000 and speeds from 100Mbps to 1Gbps for select plans.

While a 100 Mbps service with 100GB + 50GB downloads will cost Rs 699 per month along with voice, vide calling, gaming and content sharing within the home, the 5000GB premium package at 1Gbps speed will cost Rs 8,499. The 100Mbps connection with 200GB=200GB download will cost Rs 849, the 250Mbps connection with 500GB+500GB connection will cost Rs 1,299 and 500Mbps with 1250GB+250GB Rs 2,499. The cheapest 1Gbps connection will have 2500Gb download and will cost Rs 3,999 per month.

Reliance Fiber will introduce "a disruptive concept" for watching new movies at home on the release day. This service will be launched in the mid 2020, but it is worth mentioning now. More so, Ambani at the AGM introduced Jio Forever Plans that will give long-term users an HD or 4k LED television and 4k set-top box for free. The brand and make of the TV might be announced today.
