US-India Business Council Inaugurates AI task force with Meta as Co-chair

The inaugural Artificial Intelligence (AI) Task Force was constituted by the US Chamber of Commerce's US-India Business Council (USIBC) on Thursday. The task force met online to examine cross-sector collaboration in light of AI's increasing significance. Meta was designated as the task force's co-chair.
By utilising the best business talent in America and India, this expansion seeks to reinforce USIBC's efforts to promote collaboration and innovation in the quickly developing field of artificial intelligence.
Inderpreet Sawhney, group general counsel and chief compliance officer, Infosys, who joined the committee, said “At Infosys, we attach great significance to the responsible roll out of AI, which is also one of the key focus areas of the Advisory Committee. As part of this Committee, I am eager to share our experiences around the techno-legal aspects of AI that Infosys had the opportunity to shape.
