Our flagship solution, Dhee.AI, equips enterprises with advanced Agentic AI capabilities in major Indian languages. Dhee.AI allows virtual agents to efficiently manage complex business processes, ranging from 5 to 50 steps-with impressive consistency and accuracy across various languages.
One of its standout features is a lifelike 3D avatar, designed to express emotions and enhance user engagement. This avatar not only makes interactions more natural but also responds empathetically by detecting the emotions in a customer’s words, creating a personalized conver-
sational experience.
Dhee.AI integrates seamlessly with popular messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram. For enterprises requiring deeper integration, we offer JS and Java APIs to customize the solution to their specific needs.

Can you share a recent challenging case study that highlights the success of your solutions in delivering positive outcomes?
One of our recent standout case studies involves our work with Royal Sundaram. They initially adopted Dhee.AI to enhance their customer-facing virtual agent, which was designed to engage with customers in their native languages. The results were immediate and impressive: customer satisfaction improved significantly, and interactions became more streamlined, personalized, and accessible.
Seeing the success of this initial deploy-ment, Royal Sundaram decided to extend their use of Dhee.AI by implementing another agent specifically for their insurance resellers. This new agent also received high praise for its effectiveness and user-friendliness.
This successful collaboration has evolved into an ongoing partnership. We are now deploying an employee-facing agent for Royal Sundaram, further demonstrating the value of AI in creating positive outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
