Multifactor authentication is used by organizations to implement an additional layer of security that requires users to authenticate via knowledge, possession, and inherence factors to gain access to corporate and social networks. How is ICONS working in this domain?
ICONS is a technology marketing and distribution company, with expertise in Two Factor Authentication(2FA)/
MultiFactor Authentication(MFA)and Secured Storage. We are authorized partners for 2FA/MFA tokens from Yubico and Ensurity. We have domain expertise in MFA and advise the clients, the best suited solution, depending on their environment and use case. We have had the opportunity to engage with customers from various segments including multinationals, manufacturers, small businesses, government and defense organizations,legal experts, and healthcare professionals.

Software security requires good hygiene and constant diligence to protect your organization and users from known threats; it also requires working proactively to identify and address emerging risks. In what ways do ICONS develop products and solutions for internet transaction security?
We partner with the industry leaders from India and abroad, to bring to the client the ideal solution suited for their needs. Most of the companies we represent are market leaders in their categories, many of the companies that we represent are able to customize solutions as per user needs.
Consumers have become more demanding than ever, which means that service providers are under incredible pressure to deliver digital services that
are not only secure but also provide frictionless user experiences. How do you overcome these challenges?
Our efforts are to stay updated on the latest tools and solutions available for securing digital services. We are then able to share this knowledge with the user, depending on their use cases.

Our efforts are to stay updated on the latest tools and solutions available for securing digital services. We are then able to share this knowledge with the user, depending on their use cases.
Please elaborate on any of your implementations that has catapulted ICONS’ success trajectory?
We have effectively helped to implement YubiKey hardware tokens and ThinC Biometric Secured authentication tokens in many organizations. Along with Ensurity, we have also implemented a very complex authentication process that required PC binding and integration of API’s within the client’s solution along with MFA.
Where do you see your company in the coming years? Is ICONS bringing in any new product or solution to the market in the near future?
MFA is a very dynamic field with a lot of innovations and opportunities in the horizon, especially with Microsoft adopting FIDO2. We look at ourselves partnering with corporates and enterprises, who would like to use our expertise to implement MFA based security solutions on Microsoft, Google and or any other platform.
