Whether it’s enhancing manufacturing processes like - planning, scheduling, production, safety, and quality, or providing immersive experiences in the life sciences & healthcare industry, our pre-built solutions help utilize machine data to make faster & relevant decisions. With our ubiquitous IoT platform and data-engineered pipeline capabilities, many of our customers realize savings upwards of 60-70 percent on their labor and manual processes. This has allowed them to spend more time on taking action, rather than on finding information.

While some customers have realized savings in productivity, OEMs and machine tool builders utilize our solutions like iSERV to create a business model of additive revenue of 30 percent or more for their services business.

One of the best examples of this innovation and glocal value is - a client in the industrial manufacturing sector who was facing challenges with operations and inefficiencies across multiple systems. After assessing various options & tools available, ITHENA consolidated disparate systems currently deployed at our customer to its AI-powered Manufacturing Excellence platform, IMEX. By retiring six legacy subsystems and enhancing persona-specific user experience with customized role-based access controls, the impact was transformative, which led to well over 60 percent in cost savings. The value was delivered locally to the plant, while the engagement was that of a global mindset, diverse technology options, eventually to choose the best fit approach for the business functions needed in the plant!

The benefits are further extended beyond cost savings with productivity improvements exceeding 90 percent in some areas due to automated workflows. Additionally, the client experienced a 30 percent to 35 percent increase in manufacturing capacity; thereby enabling them to scale operations effectively and pursue growth opportunities. Our partnership with the client has time and again resulted in significant improvements in cost efficiency, productivity, and scalability, hence empowering the company to establish itself as a leader in their industry.
