Give a brief account of Mittal Software Labs'journey so far as an organization.
Mittal Software Labs was founded in 2017 with a small team of three people. Our objective was to achieve a prosperous venture by providing excellent solutions. Leveraging my extensive 15-year background in the IT field, I recognized the obstacles related
to developer expertise. Our intention was to establish a proficient team capable of offering valuable support to clients and alleviating their challenges. Commencing with smaller projects, we quickly gained substantial momentum in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) across diverse regions such as the US, Australia, APAC, and Europe in the last couple of years. Currently, we possess a workforce of over 50+ highly talented professionals who specialize in RPA, AI, ML and chatbots.

Tell us about your flagship RPA solution and what makes you a reliable choice for your customers.
Our approach to presenting solutions to clients encompasses two crucial components. Firstly, we assess our proficiency in developing a solution. With several years of experience in RPA and hands-on expertise using prominent tools like Automation Any where, UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism, we possess extensive knowledge of the market's offerings. Personally, I have worked with over 20 clients worldwide, overseeing global implementations. We recognize that many customers struggle to derive benefits from their RPA initiatives due to poorly executed solutions. To address this, we have assembled a robust team that creates dependable and efficient solutions, instilling confidence in our customers. We take full responsibility for the project until the customer begins reaping the rewards, ensuring scalability and stability while assuming all associated risks.
Secondly, we understand that RPA and AI/ML are specialized technologies with higher implementation costs, primarily catering to large enterprises in regions such as the US, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. Considering our operations in India, we strive to minimize costs, offering customers a risk-free solution at a competitive price compared to other market players.

Let's consider a supply chain customer
based in the US, responsible for managing operations for a prominent restaurant chain across the US and Europe. Initially, they faced difficulties with RPA implementation under the guidance of another vendor for a period exceeding eight months, without achieving the desired outcomes. In this scenario, we intervened and identified two crucial issues: inappropriate candidate selection for RPA and inadequate solution quality. Collaborating closely with the customer, we tackled these challenges by carefully choosing processes and providing solutions of exceptional quality. Remarkably, within a mere month, we successfully implemented one process, thereby instilling confidence in the customer regarding our capabilities. Over the past year, we have successfully delivered over 30 processes for them, resulting in significant enhancements to their operational efficiency.

This approach enables us to maintain a competitive advantage and offer the finest resources accessible in the global market.
What is the future roadmap envisioned for Mittal Software Labs? Where is it headed for the next five years?
Our future strategic plan entails two primary goals. Firstly, we strive to establish a talent pool of IT professionals who specialize in RPA, AI, and ML, as these technologies constitute the foundation of our client base. Secondly, within the next five years, we intend to broaden our technology portfolio to encompass emerging fields like Data Analytics, Blockchain, Virtual Reality, Cloud Computing, and other digital platforms. This expansion will enable us to offer integrated digital solutions in conjunction with our robotics offerings. Our overarching vision entails cultivating a team of 500+ highly skilled IT professionals.
