The company has been on CIO Insider’s radar for quite a while now and we recently made use of an opportunity to engage in an exclusive interview with Vishwak Ram, Team Lead-Pre Sales, Netpoleon Solutions (TechKnowLogic Consultants India)
How Would you define Netpoleon as an organization? What is the gap that the company is attempting to bridge?
Netpoleon Solutions India (NSIN) started its operations in 2015 under the name of TechKnowLogic Consultants India with the regional headquarters in Bangalore and branch offices in Dehli Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad. Over the past six years, we have positioned ourselves as a Value Added Distributor(VAD) providing cutting edge, Gartner recognized and Made-In-India solutions and more in the space of IT networking and cybersecurity for IT/OT/IoT platforms. With a prominent gap prevailing in the client infrastructure in the aftermath of work from home culture and Hybrid Infra adoption, and
offerings like Identity Security and OT Infrastructure security NGSOC, we are trying to plug in our solutions with niche features focused on Secured Remote Access, including ASM (Attack Surface Management) and threat intel platform, while also addressing many more dark web vulnerabilities.
Take us around the company’s portfolio of products and what makes customers choose the company among its peers in the industry?
We are one among the top VADs with a diverse approach supporting and emphasizing our partners/customers to explore the solution approach rather than the product approach to enhance their IT security posture. A few examples of our unique approach are Tripod Solution Story, Endpoint Security Suite, IT/OT monitoring assessment and security, Unified NOC and SOC platforms.
NSIN has been plugging in the present day IT security infrastructure gaps with niche premium products and seamless sales, and pre & postsales Technical Support. Our vision is to be the regional leader in sourcing and distributing worldclass IT Security solutions by creating winning partnerships with our employees and customers. We aim to be an employer of choice as we grow with our people and to align with our clients to meet their varying technology demands. Netpoleon currently also offers a comprehensive suite of maintenance support services with well-developed processes, procedures and tools to support the customer’s hardware and software maintenance requirements, including preventive maintenance, onsite trouble shooting, hot sparing(stand by) and providing temporary loaner units, among others. With our regional presence in various countries across South East Asia we are able to provide the required expertise and comprehensive support regionally to our clients.
