Could you brief us about the company’s Unified Communications solutions?
With deep Voice and Multimedia Communications expertise, Nouveau Labs has created a Unified Communications framework that adds video to traditional voice applications. On the services side, we have been able to leverage the expertise to provide UC and UCaaS services to our customers. The applications include cloud and on premises versions of Video conferencing, Enterprise Telephony and Contact Centers.
Tell us about your products AskAI, DolphinVC & DolphinScan. What makes them different?
AskAI is an advanced real time Conversational AI framework, based on machine learning and natural language processing. It can be used to implement modules like Voice Virtual Agent, which can automate mundane contact center tasks, ensuring human agents do what only they can do best perform the complex tasks. The solution can be customized configured and deployed quickly in a matter of days, in addition to a plethora of features.
One of our flagship products, DolphinVC is inspired by the smartest mammal in the sea. It is a simple and secure video conferencing product that can be integrated into all the platforms. It enables live streaming, screen sharing, meeting recording, end-to-end encryption and much more. It works for individual users, enterprises small, medium and large schools universities and is suitable for enterprise system integrations.
On the other hand, DolphinScan is an app that makes scanning on mobiles easier and natural looking.It also includes smart OCR capability to format the scanned content in the context of an application and make it ready for consumption by enterprise systems. It stands out due to its ability to do a set of never done before functionality in addition to the regular scanning app features like scanning, editing, OCR and save!

Tell us about a recent case study.
In this particular project the client already had a cloud hosted contact center solution that helps their customers to interact with their end-customers. But the last mile was PSTN based due to regulatory guidelines. As India liberalized cloud telephony, the client needed to migrate to VoIP end-to-end. We worked with the customer to make the transition seamless.
With deep expertise in the UCaaS domain, our team was quick to understand the existing infrastructure of the client and come up with a detailed architecture for a new solution that catered to all their requirements. The team came up with a future proof architecture addressing key attributes like scaling and security, lack of which could have made the system vulnerable, resulting in revenue loss. With the right core team, we were successful in building a brand new team for the project and have delivered all milestones within scope and on time.
What is the future roadmap of Nouveau Labs? What are the opportunities it looks forward to investing in?
We are highly optimistic and confident about the future of Nouveau Labs. We are in the expansion mode with aggressive targets in building products as well as in the services domain. Nouveau Labs will continue to focus on the areas such as a collaboration platform for video, Conversational AI, OCR solutions & Process Automation and Networking & Security. At least a couple of products are slated for release in 2022, with one of them likely to be launched during the earlier part of the year.
