We create a tailored customer experience through a two-fold strategy: starting with discussions at management levels to understand business challenges, then engaging end-users to address specific issues. Our approach involves issue tree analysis, identifying root causes for application development or SOP changes. For instance, with a conveyor manufacturer struggling with inventory issues, we implemented SAP Business One.

This involved a comprehensive production module automating design, Bill of Materials creation, production, and finished goods handling. The outcome was remarkable - a 70% reduction in overall capital expenditure due to decreased inventory purchases. This case exemplifies how our approach delivers tangible positive outcomes for clients by streamlining operations and optimizing resources.
