Could you share the journey that led to the founding of Proeffico?

My journey into Proeffico began after a decade of experience as a Solution Architect, in the IT field including senior roles at Capgemini, Verizon, and Tech Mahindra. In 2021, I returned to India in order to start something on my own and assist in digital transformations within my family’s pharmaceutical distribution business. We utilize various technologies, including NodeJs, React, PHP, Flutter, Android, Java, Python, and DevSecOps tools like GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, and SonarQube. Our infrastructure management spans significant cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS, supported by monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk. These technologies enable us to deliver robust, scalable solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

Security is ingrained in everything we do. We con- duct regular security audits, implement data-level encryption, and enforce stringent access controls. Our team is well-versed in security best practices, and we’re planning to pursue advanced certifications in data and information security to further strengthen regulatory compliance and client trust.

We’ve had the privilege of working with industry leaders such as IBM and ACL Digital, educational institutions like ICAI and IIT Delhi, and innovative startups such as MaVi in Singapore. Our AI-based solutions for HR processes earned us the HR Excellence Award at HR Bharat in 2023, demonstrating our ability to leverage technology for significant business improvements.

Looking ahead, what are Proeffico’s plans & aspirations?

We’re focused on scaling our team, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding globally, particularly in the Middle East. Our goal is to increase revenue tenfold over the next three years through cutting-edge innovative, and customizable IT solutions.
