There has been rapid adoption of migration and modernization services that has caused a positive impact in terms of amplified productivity, superior communication and better efficiency. How does Rapidsoft Technologies assist businesses to achieve their enterprise mobility goals through its offerings?

Amplified productivity, efficiency and superior communication are most desirable for any business no matter which industry and how big or small the business is. Ever since its inception, Rapidsoft has been in favor of keeping pace with fast changing technology so as to provide latest and best in class services and solutions to its clients.

Having built exceptional expertise with latest technologies proving our mettle in offering enterprise solutions, we have moved further up, shifting our focus to Enterprise Mobility. We have gained specialization in this area while transforming industries like Construction, and Logistics, etc. through our pioneering enterprise solutions. Old or new, every business has flaws and gaps which lead to loopholes in efficiency and productivity. We position ourselves here to provide end to end solution to our clients. Our Business Analysis team engages with the client to acquire a complete understanding of their business which includes identifying pain areas in their existing business processes. We have a dedicated R&D team which keeps an eye on the latest technologies that grapple the market and keep building inhouse capabilities for the same so as to keep pace with the trending technologies. We then plan a solution which can address the identified pain areas, while keeping the primary focus on transparency of the entire business. For instance, during an in depth business analysis of Construction and Logistic business, Rapidsoft was able to identify and comprehend all the challenges and loopholes the businesses had and accordingly created a blueprint of an enterprise solution which could address the bottlenecks, simplify the work of all the stakeholders and fill all the gaps and loop holes.

Cost reduction, increase in productivity or profit are the prime goals of any business and business owners expect and welcome such solutions which can help them attain these goals. Rapidsoft, from the very outset has strived to deliver solutions using which the businesses can get benefitted. For this we design and deliver solutions that are well planned and have thought out architecture to ensure high performance in terms of speed and resource utilization and also with features which can cut the cost or losses of any business. For instance, our in depth study and understanding of construction business allowed us to identify its pain areas which were shooting up the cost of running the business thereby leading to reduced profits. The very innovative solution that we suggested has addressed all the pain areas of the Construction industries significantly, allowing them to save billions of rupees. The issues like over budget projects with lack of cash flow planning and no clarity of project performance was resolved through proper project management module suggested by us. Also, annoying problems like fuel theft was controlled by distributing fuel through system integrated flow meters along with location and photo capture for proof confirmed by the digital fuel sensors installed within the fuel tanks which could notify the current level of fuel to

the server for analysis.

Having gathered an in depth understanding of these businesses, we designed the solutions in a manner that the owners could track their vehicles on the map and get notified whenever a vehicle is close to the geo fence boundary or moves out of geofence. More so, the solution also gives them visibility on driving behavior of the driver like over speeding, number of times ignition turned on/off, and number of times break applied, and much information. The business owner can view all this remotely on his mobile or desktop seamlessly.

Multiple devices & platforms connectivity, complex security, large data sources are few major challenges that lie ahead for IT infrastructure management. How is Rapidsoft Technologies addressing these issues?

All these challenges are actually part and parcel of any Enterprise solution and are kept in mind from the very initial stage of the planning and designing phase itself. This ensures that the architecture is sturdy enough, and could be addressed well on time.

We take the middleware approach so that data coming from various sources can be pulled into one centralized database, with access to the best possible workflow tools. When these data sources can be aggregated and controlled effectively, the day-to-day data access can be controlled in a better manner.

Please narrate a successful implementation story that has left a foot print in Rapidsoft’s journey to success.

We laid the foundation to our venture in 2008 with strength of 6 employees. We have now grown to 120+ with a clientele that spreads across the globe.

Our clients and the solutions we developed for them speak of our work. We have developed solutions for almost every vertical, ranging from Telecom, Games, Social Networking Tools, to Utilities, Banking & Finance, eCommerce, Chat apps, Music, and the list goes on. We were approached to develop solutions for the Australian Government, US Government, US Law enforcement agencies, and our Indian Government. We are perpetual technical partners and preferred vendors for a few Fortune 500 companies as well. Almost every solution that we have developed in this journey has proved to be a stepping stone in our voyage to success and has given us that ‘push’ to reach the height where we are today.
