RPASoft.ai was launched in 2020, just as the world was adjusting to the new normal and hybrid work culture. It seized the opportunity to integrate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology into industries grappling with recovery and growth challenges thus driving process efficiencies, lowering costs while reducing turnaround time.
Initially, while RPA technology had a larger adoption in Europe, in other regions, including India, adoption was still nascent. RPASoft.ai strategically focused on the Indian market, targeting key sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and industries utilizing ERP systems. Their approach involved forming strategic partner-ships with leading product companies, such as Ui Path, to enhance their implementation capabilities and scale their operations effectively.
Over the years, RPASoft.ai has signifi-cantly expanded its footprint, serving both Indian and multinational companies with operations in India. Their compre-hensive suite of services includes Consulting and Advisory, Managed Inte-lligent Automation Services, Technical and Product Support, and Augmentation Services. With over a dozen new clients added since their inception, RPASoft.ai has established itself as a notable player in the market, enhancing business processes across various sectors. They have also expanded their services capabilities across domains and also support various product platforms. Let’s read on.
What are your flagship services that leverage RPA technology to drive effi-ciencies and deliver value to clients?
Our flagship services leverage RPA technology to enhance process efficiency and deliver significant value to our clients. In the vast and growing Indian market, where many industries are still new to RPA and cognitive technologies, we offer a range of solutions designed to address their needs. Currently the market size of RPA services is estimated to be about $15B globally and is expected to grow to about $50B or more by 2030.
We provide consulting and advisory services that help Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients gain a thorough understanding
of how to implement RPA effectively. This includes identifying key business processes that can benefit from automation and guiding companies through their digital transformation journey. Our services cover everything from product selection and implementation methods to development, solution configuration & integration, testing, rollout and product support.

Additionally, we manage the entire imple-mentation process through our managed services model, ensuring end-to-end delivery. Our strategic partnerships with leading product companies enable us to support products, handle upgrades, manage licensing, and offer value-added services. For some projects, particularly for international clients, we also provide augmentation services.
Looking ahead, we plan to expand our reach and capabilities into emerging sectors like waste management, EV, Biofuels etc, as well as continue serving industries like manufacturing, healthcare, retail, banking and logistics.
How do you maintain a technological edge and what are the latest technology trends or capabilities you've integrated into your solutions?
Our Centre of Excellence (CoE) model ensures we stay current with customer needs and evolving technology. While UiPath is a market leader in RPA, we recognize that clients often select different products based on their own research, pricing, and other factors. Our CoE now supports four major RPA products, enhancing our role as an implementation partner regardless of the chosen product.
Recent advances in RPA technology, such as process and task mining, intelligent document understanding, and API integra -tion, have significantly improved process discovery and automation efficiency. RPA Technology has also integrated AI, ML, and NLP to enhance intelligent automation thus enabling bots to handle more complex and unstructured tasks. We utilize pre-built templates and adaptors to integrate non-integrated applications and facilitate smooth context switching. In RPA combining attended and unattended bots for more seamless workflows with growing emphasis on AI-powered conversation agents, advan-ced analytics and real-time performance monitoring delivers higher value to businesses. Multi-bot architectures can be leveraged to automate complex business processes thus delivering
more agility to business needs.
We are also embracing new tools for creating user interfaces and building apps across multiple backend systems, which streamlines operations and boosts productivity. The convergence of Low Code No Code applications with automation is likely to produce a new generation of apps, impacting both IT services and RPA.
Looking ahead, integrating computer vision with RPA could lead to AI-driven automation that configures tools automatically, moving us closer to a more advanced level of automation.
How is the team structured and what level of expertise do they bring?
Our team is structured along two key dimensions. First, on the technology front, we train our associates on leading tools, enhancing their versatility to meet diverse customer needs. Second, we have domain experts specializing in various industry verticals who offer insights to optimize and, in some cases, transform processes for improved outcomes. This approach not only helps us create value beyond simply automating existing processes but also drives better business results and greater efficiency in auto -mation.
Our team functions in a more consultative manner with customers and also bring in their experience and expertise to not just automate, but also guide customers to streamline business processes thus delivering greater value to and business outcomes. There are several instances where in our team has pitched into solve issues for our customers that may have otherwise cost their businesses or impacted their brand value. We are committed to our customers and our endeavor is to always deliver the right solution that is most optimal for the use case.
What’s next for RPASoft.ai?
Our immediate goal is to expand our services into new markets and domains where RPA technology can have a signi-ficant impact. This expansion is crucial for generating new revenue streams while continuing to grow our existing customer base.
We anticipate rapid adoption of AI and AI tools, and we plan to integrate AI into our offerings to support our customers on this journey. While this will involve RPA, it will also encompass broader IT ser-vices. We are investing in building capabilities at the intersection of AI, custom application development, and bespoke application creation. We plan to expand our services to encompass Gen AI tools, Creative Tools and Labs that will support new lines of businesses relying on emerging technologies.
We are investing in an AI Lab and develop intellectual property focused on specific industry verticals. Our solutions will leverage AI to enhance traditional capabilities and create predictive features that deliver greater business value.
