A prominent example of our capabilities is our partnership with Behavioural Health in the US and Australia. They needed a solution to enhance their call center executives' ability to interpret and respond to crisis situations effectively. We deployed our product, LingoForge, to provide real-time speech analytics that could evaluate the emotional state and urgency of callers in distress.
This project presented substantial challenges, such as achieving high accuracy in realtime processing and accommodating a wide range of accents and emotional subtleties. To overcome these obstacles, our team customized Lingo Forge's algorithms, resulting in a transcription accuracy rate of 98.9316 percent and precise analysis of critical data points like intent and emotional state.
The implementation of this solution not only boosted the efficiency and response times of the call center staff
but also equipped them with actionable insights to better assist distressed callers.
