Over the last few years, networking vendors released automation platforms to make managing networks easier. How does System Needs provide powerful insights and deliver solutions that improve customer experience, reduce cost to serve and increase profitability?

At System Needs, we focus on applications Customer use and the IOPs bandwidth requirement for the same application, be it a data centre project or surveillance turnkey projects, along with VMS. Based on that, we do custom build of the Back bone network considering at least 7 years of scalability (Buffer) as well as granular level Network Security.

Which industry segment has System Needs been focusing on with regards to their VMware services demands? How has the demand and supply grown over the years for you?
System Needs has been entirely focussing on Corporate Customers on all domains including prime Educational Institutions as our geographical area is Tier 2 and Tier 3. Government Customers, Defence establishments, Healthcare verticals and so on are also integral part of our operations.

What are the pain-points that your customers come up to you with? How do you help them through these challenges?
The System Needs’ approach is very simple. We try to understand his core pain point by figuring out his existing Network, compute he is using, his business applications, Latency challenges, Backup methodologies and Storage sizing for his data and Compliance needs and to build Data Security in multiple layers of his Organization Infrastructure. We provide strong support to our customers by understanding the environment, Project plans and meet the deadlines with minimum response time and excellent after sales support. Today, System Needs enjoys the privilege of being a leading player in the up country of Karnataka in the IT industry.

We have closed a USD 1million order on complete Network solution. We have integrated (Cisco, Riverbed,) to achieve its DR perspective. We have executed a Data Center project in one of the Banks which is our Dream project. Recently we have done a project Disaster Recovery solution where the Customer had asked for RPO and RTO of 99.999 (Five 9’s availability).

We at System Needs, are happy to tie up with Vendor Companies who continuously evolve as the IT landscape is changing. In this journey, we also evolve and encounter a lot of different customer challenges.
